A smart, friendly bar with a cask engine and some 11 good taps (out of 24, there are way too many Anheuser-Busch Inbev products for a serious beer bar) and a large bottle selection. Winner of Citysearch’s ‘Best Beer List in New York’ competition in 2009, which I find strange – the bottle list is pretty good but certainly not the best taps in town! (11/2014)
English-style pub with about 24 drafts, one cask, and a good bottle selection. First visit Sept 2011: decent lunch, decent bottled list; fairly boring draft list but one or two decent selections. Worth a visit if you're passing.
