New York NY 10002
(Lower East Side)
Popular, modern gastropub.
Directions – F / J / M / Z train to Delancey Street / Essex Street (same station complex, names differ on platforms), walk north on Essex Street one block, turn left on Rivington Street to the next corner (Ludlow Street).
A popular, modern and airy gastropub with a good range of beers. There are two dining areas: one in the front with long tables and bench seating, and the other hidden away at the back. (2/2015)
Lower East Side place which was initially very good. Avoid evenings as it gets rammed and very dark with occasional ridiculous ID checks and hand stamping. Recommend going in afternoons.
