A cavernous (7000 square feet), open plan sports bar with a multitude of craft taps arranged geographically. There’s also an outdoor patio. It can be loud, so probably best to visit when there’s not a major sports event happening. There’s an impressive black and white mural on the back wall depicting a subway train yard. Just don’t tell the artist that the R62-type trains signed up to show the L, N, and R lines actually run on the 1, 3, 6, and 7. A minor gripe is that the high end Belgian beers are served in tall 10oz glasses rather than chalices. Blackboards and tap lists are grouped by various categories, some by region, some by style, plus a bank of nitro taps. Accuracy is not 100% though (Magic Hat from New York?). To sum up, a good place though a bit loud and occasionally geographically challenged. (3/2015)
